Kitchen Remodeling in South Florida
We plan circulation, storage and lighting before we pick finishes, so the room you end up with fixes what frustrated you about the old one.

Service Area · South Florida
Kitchen remodeling, roof replacement, impact windows and ADUs for homeowners in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

Broward and Miami-Dade are in the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, and much of Palm Beach County is a wind-borne debris region. Roofs, windows and doors are specified and approved for the zone your home is in.
Year-round heat, heavy summer rain and, near the coast, salt air decide which materials, fasteners and finishes last, from the roof covering to the kitchen cabinetry.
Each county and most cities run their own building departments, and many communities add HOA or architectural review. We plan for the one your address falls under.

02
We look beneath the surface (decking, underlayment, flashing and ventilation) so the new roof is specified for South Florida weather, not just replaced like-for-like.

03
Impact-rated glass and frames protect the opening without shutters, and typically make the home quieter and cut the heat and UV that come through the glass.

A backyard cottage, a garage conversion or an attached suite, planned around your zoning, your lot and how you will use the space.

All frequently asked questionsWe work with homeowners across South Florida’s three main counties: Palm Beach County, Broward County and Miami-Dade County and in New York. If you are unsure whether your address is covered, call (888) 780-0454 and we will tell you straight away.
Roof replacements, window and door replacements, ADUs and many kitchen remodels usually require a building permit, and in New York co-op and condo buildings the board’s approval as well. We guide you through what your project needs, coordinate the permit with the right building department and schedule the required inspections as part of the work.
The HVHZ is the part of Florida (Miami-Dade and Broward counties) with the strictest building code requirements for wind. Roofing and window products used there must carry approvals for the zone and be installed to those tested methods. Palm Beach County is outside the HVHZ but still has very high design wind speeds.
Properly rated and installed impact windows and doors are an approved form of opening protection under the Florida Building Code, so shutters are generally not required on those openings. That means nothing to put up or take down when a storm is forecast.
